Went here on a Friday night. The drive through line wrapped around the building. I went inside and there were 3 people in line including myself. No one came out to ask me if I needed help. People in the back playing around and laughing would look at me and still continue to laugh and play around but no one came to ask if I would like to order. After 20 mins of waiting I walked out. No worker spoke to me at all but a bunch of them saw me. There was also a lot of staff in the back so idk why there was such a line.

Good service, had to wait quite a while to order inside the lobby due to long line in the drive thru, though. Ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard- it was delicious. Even had a neat, kinda funny small, local paper to scan over during my wait, lol.

The food was delicious. I had a really nice big cone. I have never seen a cone as huge as the giant cone. The personnel was incredibly pleasant. Excellent location to pause after climbing the mountain.

Mobile ordering available hahahahah not here... Lol that's a joke the mobile app says location is closed so here I sit 20+ cars deep with a dozen cars behind me even...it's been 2 years since my last review of this place which was a 3 star one and they have not improved on their service at all ugh so I must remove a star and pray to the dairy queens gods that they hire all new staff or close forever!
