The Cottage Cafe is our go-to breakfast spot in Spokane. There's normally always a wait but it's 100% worth it for how great their food always is. I HIGHLY recommend any of their egg benedicts with cottage fries. Make sure to get toast or something on the side to use with their delicious homemade strawberry jam!
This has been a long time go to place in Spokane valley for a great breakfast.You can count on there being a wait to get in, but it's well worth it. Never disappointed always excellent service.

It's a small place and you most likely will have to wait a little while but it's worth it. Everything they have is good. The potatoes they serve are not frozen. The service is as good as the food. You're not sitting there waiting and waiting for your food. They even make their own strawberry jam and syrup! Great place with great food!
