The main reason for not giving a higher review score is that on multiple occasions this store has not processed online orders immediately when received. They may process in store orders first even if the online order is requested as soon as possible. This means you can walk in the restaurant, wait in line to tell them you are there for an online order, and somehow someone in line behind you who orders at the register can get their order first. Freaky food fast? Not in practice.I’ll also note that it’s a total scam that there is no way to fully use a gift card once entered in their app. I have $40 in gift cards but since none of the balances are enough for a $19 order, I still had to pay with a credit card. That issue isn’t specific to this location but just shows the company has general problems with how they are managed.

Brought my grandson here for a sandwich and was immediately struck at how spotlessly clean this shop was. Jackson took our order, and he was very friendly and helpful with my grandson. Jackson's efforts to give us a good experience was something you hardly see anymore. Kudos to Jimmy Johns and Jackson! The sandwich was great also.

Wildly inconsistent on all counts. Sandwiches never the same, it is like they just change how they do it every day. Sometimes good, sometimes terrible. Seems like there are always new faces in here, and it definitely affects the quality of service. This also affects that sometimes the place is clean, sometimes a borderline dump site. I don't understand how they have been in business as long as they have. So many better places to get a sandwich in the Valley. Skip this one.

Been going to this Jimmy Johns for years the service is always top notch and the sandwiches are made very well. When you ask for extra of a certain ingredient you’re never let down. Bread and meat are always fresh.
Ordered a plain sandwich which is a slim and they charged me for a sandwich that has everything on it. Than when I got my food it had everything on it when I'm allergic to tomatoes and they knew they got it wrong because I can hear them talking about it before I walked out.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 of the 3 were incorrect. All the "freebee" condiments requested were left off. Requested mustard, not mayo & only got mayo. Never going there again. Worst $$ ever spent.
