Asked for no ketchup in the drive-thru, checked it, and sure enough had ketchup, an employee was at the end of the drive-thru and asked to see the receipt, had to dig into the bag to go into the store and wait for 10 minutes to with no one inside to remake burger with no ketchup.

I know Jack in the box is usually slow as hell but this location takes the cake. Over 20 minutes for 80 percent of the food being cold. Had an extra wait for fries, had me pull up front. Came out 5 minutes later with lukewarm fries lmao. This whole company is a joke.

Idk who's genius idea it was to ONLY accept door dash and Uber eats orders at a 24 hour location but I won't be spending a dime at this location anymore. I literally had to back out of the 24 hour drive thru because they wouldn't take an in-person order. . I was nice enough to let the ppl behind me know why I was backing out. They were just as unhappy as I was and also decided to spend their money elsewhere. What the hell jack??!

In the last three times we've been they've been closed for cleaning including the drive through. Even when staff was questioned about it being 24 hours and no signs to indicating why it was closed.

Took over 20 minutes just to give him the order I will remember not to come to this place ever again, and the crispy chicken that was in my chicken sandwich obviously had sat out most of the day and then they threw back in the fried or reheat it was nasty. Why is it this location has so many problems other locations don't seem to have these issues at least not to the extent this one does
