In the last three times we've been they've been closed for cleaning including the drive through. Even when staff was questioned about it being 24 hours and no signs to indicating why it was closed.
I went for a couple wraps and they were out of wraps! So I got the jumbo Jack. It's been a long time since I've eaten fast food and the jumbo Jack has really shrank in size! It was still the same ol Jack, just smaller like a slider..

Asked for no ketchup in the drive-thru, checked it, and sure enough had ketchup, an employee was at the end of the drive-thru and asked to see the receipt, had to dig into the bag to go into the store and wait for 10 minutes to with no one inside to remake burger with no ketchup.
