Closing BEFORE hours of posted operations is unprofessional and rude to potential customers.I tried calling in an order before they closed (12:20am.. closing is at 1am). Got the voice-mail which was full.. wonder why.This isn't the first time that this has happened.Reason for 4 stars... I do enjoy their subs. Drivers are friendly and personal on the are typically well spoken.But not answering the phone to take an order BEFORE they close.. pisses me off.You choose to post late hours for business, you had better be open till those hours.EDIT..After being contacted by corporate, I learned that I was in error of the posted closing time.My Apologies

Last three times I’ve ordered delivery, 32 minutes, 41 minutes and 2/9/24 (58 minutes)! I live 14 blocks away. I called last 2 times after 30 minutes just to be sure I placed the orders correctly? I was told they were on the way but busy. I payed 2.99 for delivery and you have to leave at least a 15% tip. I’ll drive to another JJ’s up the road. Maybe

They keep screwing up my order. Drive through never confirms my order and can’t seem to understand “a #7”. I’ve gotten two #17s (semi understandable) and a #15 (?). They always correct the mistake. The people at this location are nice. It’s just frustrating to be in a hurry and to have to either eat something you don’t want or drive back to the location to have a sandwich remade.

Left off bacon, which I paid extra for. A ton of nayo after I asked for NO MAYO. So bad I just threw it away. Filed complaint and all they did was email and ask for more details. Nasty nasty food.
