They keep screwing up my order. Drive through never confirms my order and can’t seem to understand “a #7”. I’ve gotten two #17s (semi understandable) and a #15 (?). They always correct the mistake. The people at this location are nice. It’s just frustrating to be in a hurry and to have to either eat something you don’t want or drive back to the location to have a sandwich remade.
I went into jimmy John's today in a bad mood and I just expected to get a sandwich, but the customer support and the family atmosphere here made me decide to become a loyal customer. Thank you jasmine you made my day better!

Closing BEFORE hours of posted operations is unprofessional and rude to potential customers.I tried calling in an order before they closed (12:20am.. closing is at 1am). Got the voice-mail which was full.. wonder why.This isn't the first time that this has happened.Reason for 4 stars... I do enjoy their subs. Drivers are friendly and personal on the are typically well spoken.But not answering the phone to take an order BEFORE they close.. pisses me off.You choose to post late...read full review
