Went through the drive thru, not only did they get the order wrong, we didn't get part of the order. Tried calling them, 15 times I tried to call. Either the phone was off the hook, or they weren't wanting to answer the call. Looks like I'll be visiting them in person.

Completely disgusting, dried up chicken, biscuits were hard and dry, the fries were like rocks! Gross I could made all this food much better than you ever could. Manager needs to be fired! In fact I will make sure to report you to the health department.

I ordered a wraps COMBO, keyword COMBO. Employee at the counter rings me up for the two wraps and a separate side, not the combo. I asked her umm where is my drink since I ordered the combo? She tells me the combo doesn’t come with a drink included. It’s literally pictured on a massive sign next to the counter since this is the new item they are pushing. That’s when I checked the receipt and noticed she charged me for the wraps and a separate side even though I said I wanted the combo… even if I ordered the wraps and a separate side, the employee should be clued in enough to offer the combo as it costs less money over all, that’s called SERVICE. There are a few really awesome employees here but the rest need some major training

If this is supposed to be a chicken place you certainly had me fooled. Ordered the 8 piece nugget meal and they were little tiny dried up pieces of coated chicken. So gross I had to give it to my dog. McDonald’s is a much better choice and even frozen would taste much better. $10 down the drain!

After having to negotiate a reasonable price for a few pieces of chicken rather than a combo meal I was shocked to find arrival at home with every piece of chicken overcooked. It was so overcooked that the only thing remaining was a hard shell with virtually no chicken meat in it. This franchise used to be good but I will no longer venture anywhere near it again.

I let them know the floor was slippery greasy and absolutely dirty. I almost busted my butt. All they did was put a slippery when wet sign up. Witch tells me they care more about liability than safety. Also a slippery when wet sign is a universal sign it's just been cleaned not a substitute for being lazy and disregarding sanitary and safe walking conditions for customers.i walked in 15 min later to through away my trash. Nothing had changed still nasty and dangerous right at the door all the way to the front counter.

Multiple visits and every time there might be one other person waiting on their order and it literally takes over ten minutes for someone to come to the counter and take my small order. Then I have waited up to fifteen minutes to receive the food. I have become frustrated at this repeated bad service I decided to go to the north side kfc instead. The store was so much cleaner than the south hill location and my order was taken and received my food in under five minutes.

Don’t have the person on drive through taking orders while on a personal phone call. I kept thinking she was talking to me but I got to the window and she’s on her phone. Pretty poor customer service doing that.

$70 on chicken strips only to pick up or online order to be told they have no stock of any sauces we requested with our order. So after running to the grocery store to get ranch and Buffalo sauce… food wasn’t even hot once home and then realized they left out all of our side items! It was definitely not worth the price. Seems to me that inventory and ordering needs to be appointed to someone who can handle the task.

We went through the drive-thru. Restaurant was fairly dead and only one car between. The drive thru employee was lazy and did not listen to our order. We checked the bag and were missing a couple items, no sauces which were asked for, and no silverware. Upon going through the line again all employees scattered and we waited a few minutes before they came up and asked what we needed. After several more minutes they gave us our missing items. Overall the reactions were lame and lazy. I will personally go out of my way to go elsewhere in the future.

Terrible service! Ordered just a coleslaw! waited, waited, waited and waited- 20 minutes. Another 5 minutes- no Cole Slaw. the Cole Slaw is pre-made in a container, all they had to do is give to me. Nobody bothered to check on us- ignored us. Other customers ahead of us had already waited 25 min. No order. They only waited on the Drive-thru customers and ignored the walk-in and Dine-in customers. We finally walked out, even though we had paid for the Cole Slaw. This KFC sucks! Nobody cares if you get waited on or not. This KFC needs to hire a a new efficient manager or close the location due to non-service!
