Completely disgusting, dried up chicken, biscuits were hard and dry, the fries were like rocks! Gross I could made all this food much better than you ever could. Manager needs to be fired! In fact I will make sure to report you to the health department.
I ordered a wraps COMBO, keyword COMBO. Employee at the counter rings me up for the two wraps and a separate side, not the combo. I asked her umm where is my drink since I ordered the combo? She tells me the combo doesn’t come with a drink included. It’s literally pictured on a massive sign next to the counter since this is the new item they are pushing. Went through the drive thru, not only did they get the order wrong, we didn't get part of the order. Tried calling them, 15 times I tried to call. Either the phone was off the hook, or they weren't wanting to answer the call. Looks like I'll be visiting them in person.
