I moved to Spokane in August, and was recommended to Locos by a friend. Went for the first time today, and was amazed! Excellent folks working there, serving up a fantastic chili, followed by a smoked brisket sandwich and cowboy beans. Loved the flavor of everything! Cool looking place in the Hillyard area. While this was my first time, it definitely won't be the last!
Everyone should try Locos! Chef Victor makes the best food, and brings a lot of unique character to the menu and the space! They do real Texas Barbecue, all smoked on site. The menu is always fresh and creative, with unique food to try. The staff are all very friendly and service is excellent!
