Way to much freaking cumin in their sauce not a favorite. Ridiculously expensive. Not going there again sorry

Very disappointed, expressed how the nachos were and the meat was not fresh. The pork was terrible and when my boyfriend tried to nicely ask to pay for everything else and compromise the young guy with glasses was rude to him and didn’t want to comp the full nacho. All he had to say was what’s wrong with it. Will never come back with how that young guy addressed an unhappy customer. He probed him on why we weren’t going to eat it. Strong recommend teaching employees customer service. The only thing that tasted good was the Gouda Mac and cheese and it compared to golden Carrol. The nachos need some work.

Went for lunch at 2pm today. Came because the aroma driving past Porter's Real BBQ is a siren song to me.It worked!! That was a moist first bite of brisket, Tillamook cheese sauce, baked potato, Wow.I tried the cold slaw first and ate all of it, wondering how to make my cold slaw taste like that ;).Thank you, next time I will bring my grandson and we will share nachos.

I smoke/bbq all the time, and as such I'm a bbq snob. I'm always really excited to try a new bbq spot and 99% of the time I'm disappointed. That was not the case at porters. I was really impressed, not just with the quality of their meats, but also their sauces. I ordered the Johnny sandwich with brisket, pulled pork, and bacon, and everything was done very well. They're a little on the pricey side, but the quality was fantastic! I definitely recommend this place if you wanna have some really decent bbq in the inland north west.

First of all the service was great. Very streamlined from entry to exit. Staff was friendly and quick. Why four stars? Two reasons: my Mac and cheese was barely like warm. Not even close to 165 degrees. Second being 1/3 of my meat was fat/vessel. The fat was rendered nicely and the meat was tasty. Saying that, I’d visit again.

Ordered to go an hour in advance of pickup. My wife went to pickup and had to wait 30min before getting her order. Get home and we are missing buns, bbq sauce, and a misportioned banana pudding. Called back to see if I could return and get these items and was told they would just comp my next meal...I just wanted this meal completed but I assumed they were busy and didn't want to deal with it tonight so I agreed. Called the next day and was told I couldn't get my free meal but they would refund the items I was missing. Which is what is keeping them from a one star but still very poor practice.Food is also super expensive. My meal was $100 too feed a family of 4...and honestly a big let down. It's supposed to be pulled pork. Not shredded to mush pork. Mac and cheese tasted like a Gouda version of KFC Mac and the coleslaw was some unholy mixture of a mayonnaise slaw and a vinegar slaw that was just disturbing. The molasses cookie thing was pretty good. That's the only complement I got.

The meat is well seasoned! Such a great addition to Spokane. Meat was not dry and the Carolina style BBQ sauce was delicious.

The lady at the counter was friendly seemed a little overwhelmed. I wasn't expecting one person to be making a sandwiches next person to put your beans in your jalapeños on your tray and you stay there and wait to pay you pick up your food. a little bit disorganized . The brisket sandwich was delicious.. I ordered two jalapeños they're expensive. I think they've been in their warmer all day. They were very small, very dry and they had no flavor. That part was disappointing.

We have been looking for a place since moving from Texas. Unfortunately, nothing has met our expectations until here. It's so good! 10/10

Their name says it all. This is REAL DEAL BBQ! Best in the NW. Poppers, Brisket, Sausage and Turkey are world class! It is a little spendy, but heck, when it’s THIS good, I will gladly close my eyes at the register.

I’ve delivered for this restaurant a few times and they’re always pleasant to interact with.Yesterday I came in to pick up an order for a customer and unfortunately they were completely out of meat. The employee informed me so I could contact the customer and give them the option to make substitutions or cancel the order.I feel this important to mention because I’ve experienced merchants being out of items and not taking the steps to inform myself or the customer and just send the order out incomplete and it isn’t until after delivery that myself and the customer find out and it’s ALWAYS upsetting to the customer so kudos to the employee for one.For two, because the customer cancelled their order due to not wanting an incomplete meal(and let’s be serious, who could blame her) the restaurant employee offered me a pudding to bandage the emotional damage that I was not getting paid for the order I already showed up to deliver lol.It wasn’t the ideal circumstances for any of us- the restaurant lost a sale, the customer had to replan dinner and I didn’t get paid for the order but I appreciate the way the employee treated both myself and the customer.Well done sir. ??

I was really excited to order Johnny sandwich. Got there and they were out of almost everything at 3:30pm... the guy that was talking to me didn't seem like he wants to be there. And he wanted to sell me turkey sandwich for the price of the brisket.
