I'm a dasher. And there was a long wait for the order. And this extremely nice little lady that works there in a yellow shirt. She gave us 2 free entree cards, and a free jaritos and also offered us drinks all for free. She is super nice.

Solid place to get American Mexican food. Slightly overpriced but still a good option

Ken at this location was an absolute delight on an otherwise stressful day. The food was good but his customer service is what really stood out. Thank you Ken for your help with my catering order!

Since we no longer have Qdoba in California anymore, it's a "must eat at" place when we visit Spokane. This trip was made especially nice by two employees who went the extra distance with customer service. They were Kiana & Connie; two delightful, friendly, and helpful employees. I have an aversion to anything spicy, and they took the extra time to list ingredients and made appropriate recommendations based on what info I gave them. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised that guacamole and queso are included in the free topping options.

We were happy. On a long road trip, we stopped for some soft tacos. The staff was friendly, and there was no wait at 2:30pm. The way you order food there was kind of odd to us but the fellow serving us answered all our questions and the food was tasty. Yes it was pretty messy behind the glass with all the food sort of strewn about, but we didn't have any after-meal problems, which earns any fast food joint an extra star from me. Bathrooms clean.

Buying food in general is expensive. That being said, eating out has become a luxury experience; Unfortunately not an experience I will again choose to spend money for this food establishment again, ever. Used the app to order, drove and picked up the food, got it home, family member order not even close to what they ordered with several add on's missing. Got in my car drove back to Qdoba , explained the issue, they were out of one of the items but were able to scrap up enough to kind of fulfill that part of the order, gave me two other parts of the missing items where the lids fell off on my seat in my car. Got home, gave family member what I was able to get to kind of complete her order. Other family members order when I got back with the first order missing add on's now come to find out their order was missing 3 other items on their order, mine order at this point because of running back and forth had sat uneaten for a full hour because of all the running back and forth to try to make things right for 2 family members, and mine when opened...was missing add on's. I gave up at this point. You won, I was beaten. Pretty sure the fourth order in that order 100% was wrong as well. Hey Qdoba, if you run out of something...maybe call the customer. With the cost of things, do you think it's worse to lose customers because you think they'll just eat the items you decided to complete their partial order with? Nope. The customer is shelling out a good amount of money at this point for an experience, We're going to tell you how disappointed we are, and now sharing it with others and we won't be back.

Do not waste your time or money. If you are going to waste your money Incan guarantee them wasting your time. Deplorable

Worst Q-Doba experience EVER! The restaurant was empty at 5pm, which we probably should've taken as a hint to their terrible service. Their steam table was absolutely filthy, but the service was what threw it all over the top. Girl named Kiona (? No name tag, but she quietly offered her name when I asked) slamming all the food around, wouldn't speak loud enough to be heard, overfilled the bowls then smashed the lids down, crushing everything. Only thing I can say is the queso was warm, meat was warm. We've been eating at Q-doba for years and our whole family agreed we will not be visiting this location again. What a mess & disappointment--the other locations in town have been fabulous with wonderful customer service and clean facilities. This was unfortunate.

I love QDOBA but this particular place is disgusting. The chicken doesn't taste like chicken and steak doesn't taste like steak. The restaurant was disgusting. Nothing was stocked. I wouldn't recommend this QDODA on pines!

Okay so the guy manager was super nice & professional however the other employees were lazy. my husbands tortilla torn and she was about to not replace it then it tore too much so she put another on top of it and it went everywhere so she exchanged the tortilla which is fine but she just acted like it was an issue. the place was dirty. as they're making our burritos, food was flung everywhere. the line was not cleaned for several customers. the floor in the back is soaked. the tables were all dirty. not to mention the food was white as heck. no flavor, not even salt. even chipotle is better and that's saying something. I rarely write reviews however this place needed one.

As I walk up 30 minutes before their posted closing time of 10:00 one of the employees locked the door. He wouldn't look at me nor would the other employee behind the counter.

The food is so delicious and there's something for everyone. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful too. It's clear that they take pride in their work, making sure every customer has a great experience. Additionally, the restaurant itself is always kept very clean and tidy which makes me feel safe while dining out. All in all, QDoba Spokane is an amazing place to eat and we highly recommend it!

I love the food at QDOBA but every time I go there and order through the app, they make it wrong, EVERY TIME, the adding even appear on the ticket so I don't understand why it gets messed up, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're going in and watching them make your food

Place is never open. They always close randomly in the middle of the day right at lunch. I can only imagine it's because they don't actually want to serve food. I used to like Qdoba but just honestly never come to this one it's probably closed.
