Ken at this location was an absolute delight on an otherwise stressful day. The food was good but his customer service is what really stood out. Thank you Ken for your help with my catering order!
Since we no longer have Qdoba in California anymore, it's a "must eat at" place when we visit Spokane. This trip was made especially nice by two employees who went the extra distance with customer service. They were Kiana & Connie; two delightful, friendly, and helpful employees. I have an aversion to anything spicy, and they took the extra time to list ingredients and made appropriate recommendations based on what info I gave them. I'm a dasher. And there was a long wait for the order. And this extremely nice little lady that works there in a yellow shirt. She gave us 2 free entree cards, and a free jaritos and also offered us drinks all for free. She is super nice.
