This is my son’s favorite restaurant so we go here regularly for him. Our service was especially great this time with our server being attentive and friendly. The food is also consistently good with a kid friendly atmosphere.

Tells you to hold on once more, then helps the people who walk in after you. Tells you it will be a 15-20 minute wait when there are several empty tables.Usually when I decide to go in there I always end up walking out. This location in particular

First time eating at a Red Robin's, and I will tell you I was extremely impressed that food came out quick and fresh. A table next to us dine and dashed bummed out the server, so we snuck over and paid the bill on the tablet at the table. She came back and saw it and gave us a significant discount (not needed) but was appreciated. We will be going here again on our next visit

Hostess was overwhelmed. Waited to be seated for over 30 minutes with my party of 2 while others came after me and were seated after a 10 minute wait. It was obvious I wasn't going to get a table or even a bar seat, so we left.

They must have changed the burger patties. I sent my burger back twice and ended up eating elsewhere. After 30 years of eating at various Red Robin locations this is the worst burger of theirs I've had.
