Someone hacked my subway account and ordered a footlong and a six inch sub. I called and the employee was AMAZING. She took down my name and number and called the cops and did everything possible to help resolve the situation. GIVE HER A RAISE!

I ordered from this location and had an issue with the subway app and my order due to them closing and the next day the Manager Candace was super helpful and extremely sweet and her employee who was working was always super sweet and helpful with making our food i really appreciated the fact that she helped make things better and helped me still get my order

Cadence has zero customer service skills and is a manager? Unbelievable. Did an online order pretty straightforward. They unfortunately didn’t have the cookies yet again. This is the sixth time I’ve done orders and never have the cookies. So this time I thought I’d mention it to management. Hey, maybe you should let corporate know any more of these cookies cause you’re always out and it’s just, it’s a bummer . She didn’t care she just rattled off the corporate lingo, where a small store we Blah but I just told her maybe you should let corporate know. She over talked me didn’t listen didn’t care so well then I can just cancel your order. Abruptly. Well no I want my order I’m letting you know of an issue, we have to do other cookies you can replace because she can’t refund me just the cookies apparently. When I told her what cookies I wanted she then abruptly just hung up on me without saying a word. I was a car side pick up in parking lot. She has no service skills, zero understanding. No correct response such as: oh no 6 times!? Oh I’m Sorry for the frustration. “ or make it right just upset over talk of too bad.. zero empthy of a legitimate problem a big customer had. Nope none of that she didn’t give a rip. Completely horrible customer customer service, and rude disrespectful total disregarding behavior . I just canceled my order and went to a different subway.. Won’t be back and I also contacted corporate. I am a business owner and I would’ve fired her on the spot. If I would’ve heard her and seen how she reacted to a customer I was just relaying How bummed out they were at this was the sixth time of not having specific items in stock…,

Iv tried to give this location multiple chances but the inconsistency is just terrible. First it was burnt bread, thought it might be a one off but not so much. The one young gal makes amazing sandwiches even when I mobile order. Today my mobile order was terrible 8/7, asked for extra pickles and extra olives and not one olive to be found.

I went and got a footlong and there wasn’t some produce ingredients and there was very little meat and veggies, so much that the sandwich bended naturally from there being very little inside. The sandwich had maybe 4 pieces of pepperoni and like no cheese and the veggies were the only thing that gave the sandwich any taste.
