I think a lot of the reviews here are expecting an awful lot out of the restaurant attached to a hotel.I think the prices were reasonable for what we ordered (chicken strips and fries, plus the devils food cake special a la mode), the food was delicious and well cooked, and the service was fantastic.My wife and I had a great time eating there for the night we were in Spokane, highly recommend if you don’t want to head back into town and you’re staying overnight!Wheelchair...read full review
I stayed at the Hampton Inn during the week for work. I got in late and hungry. Went down to the Bistro to eat and relax. Good prices on cold wine. They burgers looked good but I had a burger for lunch so I chose salmon. It was OK. The service was good. The restaurant was clean.

A nice hotel restaurant with well-priced food for the portions. We also had a nice and attentive server. I think the negative reviews were expecting too much of a hotel that is outside of town and close to the airport - many airport hotels in larger metros wouldn't typically have a restaurant within their building, and if they do, they're almost always worse quality and more expensive. We would stay at this hotel again and eat here again.
