Tried this on President's Day for brunch and I have mixed feelings about the experience. We went into the restaurant - which if you haven't been here since it was Luigi's it looks totally different now - and we waited at the host stand for a solid 15-20 minutes before someone was able to help. A wide selection of traditional breakfast fares. Crepes, pancakes, waffles and omelettes are among the choices. The building is airy and tables are spacious. The service had some problems, we had to return back pancakes for being undercooked. Their machines were broken for payments and were definitively understaffed. Overall it was a nice breakfast.

I was in Spokane for a conference and this was a really quick walk from our hotel and the conference center, so we went twice! My coworker got an omelette and we both agreed that we could have split it since it was huge. The food is pretty standard and the menu had lots of options to choose from. The vibes are what you'd expect for a typical breakfast spot.
