I'm a doordash driver I came to pick up an order here I usually drive through but, the line was very long they had no one out here taking orders from people in their cars therefore, I decided to walk in someone said they would be with me but no one waited on me they just kept taking new orders from other cars driving up that is very unusual normally when you have an order from Uber or doordash or GrubHub they're supposed to have those orders ready or be getting on that really quick not taking new orders from other people that just blows my mind these are the afternoon people not the morning people the morning people do not do that.Doordash is already asked me if I want to reassign this order because they said it's taking way too long.

The "milkshake" was some sort of iced smoothie. The price wasn't horrible but I was not expecting a iced smoothie. Totally not worth going again. You know how when you sip on a drink and all the liquid goes to the bottom and then you're left with a bunch of ice slush at the top? Yeah that's what it was.

I was there this morning and the girl on the window didn't show any interest to get my oder right. I ask for oatmeal with the fruit and a tea and she give me the tea with the fruit in the tea , plus she ask me 3 times of I want oatmeal and the end I was waiting for my oatmeal and she act like I didn't oder it . Honest I will never come back to this place made feel like I was discriminate.

I was trying to dine in the lobby this morning after going to the gym and it says the lobby opens at 6 so I was waiting by the door at 6:05 and it wasn’t open so when the girl finally comes to the door and unlocks it, she tells me to feel free to go in the drive thru and so i asked if the lobby was open and she said yes but the drive thru is open and I informed her that I was aware there is a drive thru but my fiance and I wanted to sit and have coffee and breakfast before we had to go to work and then she just walked into the back and someone else had to help me.

Coffee that was suppose to be hot was NOT. I'm very disappointed after spending 16 dollars on 3 beverages!!
Unfortunately the employees are so hyper fixated on whatever your most common order is, that it takes 3-4 verbal repetitions of your order on any given day and you still have 50/50 chance of the order being made correctly. A couple baristas have acknowledged the “most common” order being the issue, but I don’t see why they can’t start a new order from scratch when you outright tell them you’re getting something different? Inconsistent with pulling shots as well, sometimes they taste burned. All other reviews about bagels are correct: order as toasted as you want but with metrics and time to get the order out they’re going to give you warm bread

Love this place! Staff is wonderful and the blended coffees are amazing!11/17/23: Still love this place, but am disappointed with the turnover rate of management. The staff has always been so wonderful here and I feel this issue is due to higher management. With so many options for coffee in this area, I hope to see some changes here. I care where my money goes and would prefer it go to a company that cares for their employees.3/6/22: Yet another wonderful coffee experience today!! Trendon and Travis are great, Karli was a champion at fixing me up the perfect "thick but not icey" blended coffee, and it is always a pleasure to see and chat with Nicole!!! By far my favorite of all Wake Up Call locations. ?7/18/21: Always a good day to pull up and see Laura working. She is always so friendly and makes the best blended coffees! Thank you!7/14/21: Gracey was our barista today and was awesome! Super friendly and our blended drinks were perfect! Thank you! :)
