Unfortunately the employees are so hyper fixated on whatever your most common order is, that it takes 3-4 verbal repetitions of your order on any given day and you still have 50/50 chance of the order being made correctly. A couple baristas have acknowledged the “most common” order being the issue, but I don’t see why they can’t start a new order from scratch when you outright tell them you’re getting something different? Love this place! Staff is wonderful and the blended coffees are amazing!11/17/23: Still love this place, but am disappointed with the turnover rate of management. The staff has always been so wonderful here and I feel this issue is due to higher management. With so many options for coffee in this area, I hope to see some changes here. The "milkshake" was some sort of iced smoothie. The price wasn't horrible but I was not expecting a iced smoothie. Totally not worth going again. You know how when you sip on a drink and all the liquid goes to the bottom and then you're left with a bunch of ice slush at the top? Yeah that's what it was.
