we waited 45 minutes for our food and it was definetely not worth the price the frys were soggy and boneless wings fair we had an order of the voodoo fries also and they were soggy and and gross tasting.also no garbage can anywhere .overall not werth the money we were there right at opening and it wasnt busy sad all the way around

Extremely disappointed. I placed an online order Friday 3/29/24 for today 3/31/24at 11:30am. When I get to the store it was closed. There were no sign at the door telling there where closed, nothing on the internet and they accepted the order. No communication it was cancel or that the location was closed.

Amazing food always at a good price! Feed the whole family for around $50. The gal up front even made some fresh sweet tea for us. Will be back!
After noticing that several people that came after us got their food before us we noticed a bag just sitting on the counter. They put our food up and didn't let us know so the fries were soggy. The kid at the front was not friendly at all and took a phone call in the middle of taking our order without saying excuse me or anything. Won't be going back.

Customer service is laughable. Even when they mess up your order several times they can't apologize a single time or act like they even care. I have seen 16 year olds at McDonald's with better customer service. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I'd rather drive a little further or pay a little more for even just moderate customer service.

She Take our order and everything was doing good until We have to wait 45 min for our order that she never printed out . Until I ask to an other girl about how long more We have to wait for our order and she told me that they don't have my order ready because they never received mi ticket. And Just they said Sorry and if I want my order I have to wait 15 more min and that's it ?.

This place was horrible. The cooks were cussing at each other, and every so often they'd yell, "Sorry, we messed up on the chicken, it'll be another ___ minutes." Sanitization was just as bad. There's not even a garbage can. The food was decent, I'll give them that. Fries were soggy, and the chicken was Arby's level. The wing "experts" probably couldn't even figure out how to do a refund, which is the only reason why I stayed for the food. Being completely honest, save your money, and go across the street to the Chick-fil-A.

Two or three girls in the back were screaming at each other about doing vs not doing their jobs, fighting, cussing.... It was some real Jerry springer content. It was so loud we could hear every word over the fryer and the football game that was on every TV. Most unprofessional environment I've ever been in. This was my first time at a Wing Stop and it will be my last. I've never even seen anything this dramatic and immature.Also, when we walked in, there was a sign saying they were out of boneless until "tomorrow". There was no date on the sign, so we asked if they were still out. The girl in the back said, 'I mean, there IS a sign on the door saying we're out". The sign didn't have a date! "Tomorrow" could've been last week some time if someone forgot to take the sign down. So much snark and attitude. It's no wonder they're brawling in the kitchen.
