It was my very first time at Baskin Robbins, and this just became my favorite ice cream shop in town. Ordered “gold metal ribbon” and “very berry strawberry”, both really tasty, like it because not too sweet too. Best ice cream shop!!
Great customer Service over the phone. Thorough, patient, informative and helpful. Held the cake for me in the back with my name on it! Much better than 72nd. Sorry, not sorry. Also, much more selection of ice cream cakes in stock.

Incredible help & the store was nicely air-conditioned in Tacoma but the South Puyallup store was hot &muggy so my son & I left to the Tacoma store instead, South Puyallup store seriously needs the ac fixed & get some seats inside ,/jeeez:(
