The coffee is truly superb. But check the number of shots of espresso in your drink before you order, if you are worried about being over-caffeinated. They pour very generously.“
“Hands down Manifesto has been the top coffee shop thus far in my life. Moved to hilltop in 2020 and it was right down the street and I went near daily M-F and Katie and the other baristas were always fantastic and made a top notch latte. This is a coffee shop for people who love coffee for what it is, and its inherent flavor. This is not the place to find a sugary Starbucks replica - it’s the kind of place that serves an absolutely magnificent latte or cappuccino, and other no frills options.Their in-house roasted coffee beans are high quality and the flavor unmatched. We moved out of state over a year ago and I still order their coffee beans in a 3lb bag every couple months. I don’t see that ending any time soon. I hope they never go out of business because I would actually cry over it. Manifesto - don’t ever change!“
