I was in town and this place popped up when I was searching for my early morning coffee. I arrived fairly early and there was just one more customer in the shop. They didn’t have a lot of food options though.What I ordered - Oat CappucinoWhat I’ll takeaway - The coffee was strong and crisp. I really enjoyed it.
Best espresso roasters so far in my life. I always visit and buy a bag of beans from the specialty roasters during my travel. Best of best, among those I found exceptional, Avole in Seattle WA, Dogwood in Minneapolis MN, Epoch in Austin TX, George Howell in Boston MA, Brash and East pole in Atlanta GA.

Hands down Manifesto has been the top coffee shop thus far in my life. Moved to hilltop in 2020 and it was right down the street and I went near daily M-F and Katie and the other baristas were always fantastic and made a top notch latte. This is a coffee shop for people who love coffee for what it is, and its inherent flavor.
