I am gluten free. I ordered some drunken noodles off of the menu and requested to su. Tamari for soy sauce through uber eats. A staff member actually called me to say that most Thai food uses gluten free soy sauce so they do not have tamari. When I tell you the car this restaurant took to ensure I was ok was over and above was un understatement. We will now go there exclusively for Thai!
#1 Thai food in Tacoma. But this rating goes beyond the food, it’s also the lovely family that works here. They are extremely kind, and work very hard to have such a beautiful restaurant. Full compliments your way. Thank you Galanga Thai. Especially for those fresh rolls last night when I came over from next door. ♥️
We order take out from Galanga at least once a month. Their Pad See Ew is our family's favorite in Tacoma. The portions are generous and you can customize your selection... for instance, I get beef pad see ew and add tofu and an extra egg. You can add all sorts of things!It's a good sized menu - you'll find all your favorites.Street parking can be difficult. They offer delivery through the usual sources.
