At $18 for a burger and side salad, it is a bit pricey, but it was pretty tasty. However, the unique aesthetic of the place makes it worth a visit. I am looking forward to returning for brunch!

Took my husband here for Father's Day. Love the ambiance and service was friendly but a little slow, which seems to be the norm. We were fine with things as we were not in a hurry. The food and cocktails were great and priced accordingly. We will definitely visit again.

Stumbled upon Gilman house for brunch with some girlfriends. Tons of great options! I opted for the yogurt bowl that had homemade granola and these delicious brûléed bananas. There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. I am not vegan nor vegetarian and ordered a side of sausage but it ended up being impossible sausage, which I'm not a fan of, but otherwise, I loved this place and will be coming back.

Quirky, upscale dining and bar. Check their hours, it won't be what you expected. Nice atmosphere, service, and the best cinnamon roll around!

Absolutely my favorite restaurant with the best vibes! I'm a vegetarian and there are SO MANY ACCOMMODATIONS FOR MY DIET and the flavors are out of this world! The Impossible Shepherd's pie is so filling and flavorful, the cocktails are unique and delicious, the service is impeccable and their desserts are to die for! Get the Shortcake, their biscuits are OUT OF THIS WORLD buttery delights!! Plus the atmosphere is so cozy with the fluffy blankets, couches, sparkling chandeliers and live plants make it OH SO cozy! Jacob was our server tonight and he was outstanding!!

The ambiance and food at Gilman House is unparalleled. Hands down our family's favorite Sunday brunch spot in western Washington.

Great spot. Decent drinks and food. The burgers are great! Lots of selection for vegetarian/vegan which is nice. Rum drinks are fantastic. Came recently for brunch and got the Biscuits and Gravy. The biscuit was a bit overworked, it fluffy and light. I also prefer a creamy gravy, but overall the flavor was great. They were able to make poached eggs which is also a major plus in my book!

Great atmosphere, food doesn't seem to be to pricey. We stopped in only for the Bloody Mary. It was ok, nothing to special. Lots of people are there just to chill. So the wait can be long. Staff was ok. Not real friendly or inviting. Felt like they deal with a lot shitty people and had their guard up. I'm definitely assuming. It was a Sunday morning and somewhat busy. We waited thirty minutes to get in.

Amazing food and drink menu, go out of way to make non vegan drinks vegan, as well as having food fantastic food options for vegan and meat eaters. Fantastic staff, very friendly and attentive, remembered us after first visit. Great atmosphere, makes date nights special and great brunch, looks fancy but feel welcoming. Plus music always on point!Once you try it, you will keep coming back!

Excellent Gin bar! They have so many drinks I wouldn't normally order and they've all been amazing. Family friendly too so we don't need to pay for a sitter to enjoy a cocktail.

This place is a local gem, helmed by a young lady who may just be the greatest bartender I have ever seen. I don’t know how she hasn’t been poached by a billionaire or extremely fancy hotel. Food is good, drinks are fantastic, ambiance is sophisticated and cozy and chic. Service is superb. Highly recommend.

If we could add six or seven stars, this place would be perfect to describe the great experience of going to dinner at this magnificent restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere a first-rate quality of service but above all the taste and presentation of the dishes are a mixture unprecedented and exclusive that makes you feel in a first world place with a very characteristic decoration and above all a very creative menu with pirate-style pronouns explode in a unique combination do not miss this magnificent restaurant if you are visiting the city from Tacoma or doing a business you will always look good taking your partner or friends place 10 out of 10 super recommended

Cool little spot. Food was good besides a nice 10 inch long piece of hair sitting on top of my Gorgonzola cheese. Drinks were good. Dessert took a good 25 minutes to come out. Really the biggest let down was the lack of warm, friendly customer service offered by the bartender. Almost felt as if we were a nuisance. Glad I tried it. Most likely a one and done for me.
