Honestly it was a good experience, but by the time it took to get our food and figure everything out because of the terrible phone app and get home, the food was cold. The staff grumbled a bit that we "charged" our order but only because the app doesn't have options or even a box to type stuff in.
Fabulous service! I talked with shift supervisor about the new promo hot wings and the conversation was informative and friendly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. This place has very good vibes! I’m making the switch to come here from now on to satisfy my chicken cravings.Parking: Ample parking-even during busy hours.

The staff started the order with "what do you want" and was rude the entire time. She didn't even have the balls to look me in the face and had someone else take my payment. I waited 20 minutes parked for my food. HOWEVER, the food was so damn good I feel like I need to go back and apologize to her for being rude to me. I apologize. I did not realize it was apart of the process.
