that's horrible! very dirty. service is at the lowest level, I always wait a long time for my orders, no one notices you, sometimes they just walk from side to side or mind their own business! my advice is to spend 5-10 minutes and go to another cafe. They may also mix up your order. There are often a lot of people there who just wait 10-20 minutes for their order and leave because they don't do anything!

I don't know what to say besides maybe it's not managed well. To think I want to work for some place that doesn't focus on its customers I was in for an inrtview and nobody bothered to take care me of anyone in the lobby. 3 or 4 people had been there prior to me arriving door dashers and thyre delivering food to people and they were waiting about 30 min for thier orders. 1 car in the drive though maybe 1 big order idk but seems service stopped for the lobby and only tan for drive through. I noticed lobby was filthy and they had more then enough workers to clean or take care of customers. Even a guy in a wheel chair was sadly serviced poorly. Even his order i think the customers handed him his food not the employees. I for sure don't want to work for a place where customer service is as poor as this. I'm glad I left I value others and would gladly show my good people skils elsewhere rather than try to work for a company that doesnt value it at all. I am glad I decided my values and time and walked out. Someone else can pay me for my skills. This just shows mcdonalds is just floating above water before u know it, thyre compnay will be gone for lack of customer service and filthy lobbies. If ur going to eat at mcdonalds well avoid this one at least. I feel bad foe the door dashers going to get your orders, but at least tip them foe the trouble they have to face going to mcdonalds just to wait for as long as they do. 30 min.. un believeable.

I sat in the drive thru third in line and didn't leave the drive thru with my food until 45 minutes after pulling up. It took over 5 minutes to just get one persons order and they alternated each drive thru, people who showed up after us were served before us and this is supposed to be a FAST food place. I could have sat down at a diner and gotten food before McDonald's even had my order!!! Will never go here again. Extremely unprofessional and the fast that no one apologized for the long wait, not the drive thru mic person, not the payment person, and not the person who handed us the food. The food wasn't even made fresh either or it would have been hot and not room temp. I wish there were zero stars but I'm obligated to give them one.after all this the staff were joking around and not caring about the people who just sat in a drive thru for 45 minutes.

Ordered through the app , waited 20 minutes before going to pick it up, arrived, entered the spot number I was at and then waited another 30 minutes , all the while I was watching people arrive and get their orders . I went in and low and behold my food was siting on the side getting colder by the minute. The manager brushed me off when I asked how long it had been sitting .I'll never use the app or go to McDonald's again. There was barely any meat on my burger. Just bread and a pickle.
This is by far the best McDonald's around that I've been to! Way quicker and more accurate than the one on 38th Street.

You Suck
The management and whole staff here seem to take pleasure in the fact of they suck at their jobs. This trash is who we expect to give $20 an hour. They can hardly do their job, put together a burger, take an order, even keep the place clean. The staff here and like I said, they take pride in being absolute trash.

Set in the heart of the ghetto this little gem is just waiting to suck. The service is the worst, legit walked past by employee after employee and ignored over and over again by the lackluster staff. The IDGAF attitude is awesome! Would give it negative for service if I could. Legit, F this place.

Do yourself a favor, and drive two minutes down the road to the other McDonald’s. This is the absolute worst “fast” food establishment I’ve ever been to. The food is poorly made and the service is even worse. I wish I could give zero stars.Went through the drive through and received my receipt at 1:47. Was told to pull off to the side to wait for my food. At 2:08 still no food. Went inside and was told my order was handed off to the wrong person?? Not even sure how that happens in a drive through. Was told my order would need to be “remade.” Waited an additional FIFTEEN minutes and had to ask again when my food would be ready. Finally received food at 2:26. The most ridiculous and joke of a “fast” food place. Will never be returning here.
