I sat in the drive thru third in line and didn't leave the drive thru with my food until 45 minutes after pulling up. It took over 5 minutes to just get one persons order and they alternated each drive thru, people who showed up after us were served before us and this is supposed to be a FAST food place. I could have sat down at a diner and gotten food before McDonald's even had my order!!! Will never go here again. Extremely unprofessional and the fast that no one apologized...read full review
Ordered through the app , waited 20 minutes before going to pick it up, arrived, entered the spot number I was at and then waited another 30 minutes , all the while I was watching people arrive and get their orders . I went in and low and behold my food was siting on the side getting colder by the minute. I don't know what to say besides maybe it's not managed well. To think I want to work for some place that doesn't focus on its customers I was in for an inrtview and nobody bothered to take care me of anyone in the lobby. 3 or 4 people had been there prior to me arriving door dashers and thyre delivering food to people and they were waiting about 30 min for thier orders. 1 car in the drive though maybe 1 big order idk but seems service stopped for the lobby and only tan for drive...read full review
