Okay, so, everything at this place is not great. But once you figure out what you like to order here, it cannot be beat. For starters, this may be the only taco truck that actually has ground beef instead of shredded or strips, etc. Secondly, they have the best taco salad I have every had in my life. The shell is to die for. I think they make them fresh with each order, and there is absolutely no comparison for any other salad bowl shell anywhere. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself when those salad bowl shells are no longer available to me. I think this place has the #1 best guacamole ever, buy you have to like onions. My husband can't eat it. I love their refried beans, too. Literally, this is the best taco truck. The guys who own and operate it are pretty great, too. I cannot wait until they let us know their new location. My family and I are obsessed.
