They have the best pork bánh mì in all of WA. The bread is crispy yet chewy and has never cut my mouth. They don’t overdue the mayonnaise and the veggies are never too wet that they sog the bread. But the real star is their charbroiled pork which they give a generous amount of and is grilled to perfection each time. If you're looking for great pho in Tacoma, then head up to Pho King on MLK Way in Hilltop. You might have to be patient looking for street parking due to all the new construction in the area, but the pho is totally worth it. We ordered the brisket pho and the broth was so good. Definitely recommend Pho King for your pho fix!

Incredible quality broth and good ingredients. Good atmosphere; it's exactly what you expect from a little pho place that you know is gonna be amazing. My wife and I are quite critical of the quality of the base and we were very happy with this place.
