Great selection. Prices are not bad for inside the park. Nice to get a hot food break on a chilly day. We had coffee, chili, pretzel and all were good. Employees are really nice. It could’ve been faster so we could get back to it. Purell dispenser was empty.

I’ll keep this simple. It’s the only place in the zoo you can get an adult beverage but if you have kids and want to rent a stroller they take your id. The line is long so get your drinks before you take care of your kids. They wouldn’t even call over to check the date. Not mad I couldn’t have a beer but I’m upset that the way it was set up didn’t allow me to. The staff definitely didn’t care and I could feel the smirks as I left.

It took for ever to get the food. When we got the food we had two orders of fish and chips at 14.00 each and got two tiny pieces of fish about 1-1/2 inches long that were soggy inside. Ordered a walla Walla burger that was suppose to have grilled walla walla onions and didn't have any. Paid 66.00 for a really bad meal.

I never have high hopes for places like this in parks. But this was just lacking on all the levels. (This review mostly regards the Italian sodas). I have been here multiple times and the people who work here are genuinely nice, but the Italian sodas tastes if a person was taking a shower in soda wash while very VERY vaguely thinking about strawberries, (super bland). The food is expensive as this zoo needs funds for their livelihood and the animals to keep the business, so I can respect that. I have not yet tried the food, but for what it looks like on the menu, it's just too much money and the Italian cream sodas are trash. The amount of thought put into the product here is sad, I know the main attraction is a zoo, but investing in a kick-ass concession stand that can have better food than this will be an improvement for the zoo.

Not expecting too much for a restaurant in a zoo, but it was actually quite good. Fish and chips was crispy and flavorful. The staff was also friendly and helpful, which is a plus.

No line for a weekday lunch. The team members were kind, inclusive, and efficient. Food was normal zoo food. Chicken was hot, fries were not. Tables on the patio could use more regular cleaning.

I ordered a kids meal including a carton of milk for my daughter yesterday when we were at Zoo. But when I went to pick up my meal. There was no milk. This was not a big deal, but the thing was the lady giving me the milk later didn’t say anything, no apologizes. And her face looked like it’s my fault and I gave her trouble. They really need to improve their customers service.

I had a burger and fries, and man that burger was really good. So delicious. I wish I worked at the zoo so I could eat it more often. Fries were pretty good. nothing crazy. Price. well. a little pricey because of where you are. But you know. it was so good. I'd almost say worth it.
