Bought combo meal. Part of the chicken was cold like they just recooked it??? And no ice in soda which was flat, fries were cold and stale. Threw my whole meal in the trash. What the heck was that??? Probably saddest fast food experience I've had yet haha not going back to o Popeyes on 6th in Tacoma WA
I normally have a Great experience at this location but today was very different. The drive thru person Shawn had a Very negative attitude and when I came back to correct my order he was talking with another co worker and she was giving more attitude than him and I hadn’t even spoken to her yet…? Overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Spoke with the manager. Very apologetic.. but doesn’t fix her employee Horrible attitude!
We love Popeyes but raw chicken is inexcusable . We waited almost 10 min for them to cook 5 spicy chicken. Strips. Got them home my son says it taste funny. He ate most of this before he told me . That’s serious raw chicken
