Well well well so pleasantly surprised!! We had to drop off a seat to be repaired at an auto upholstery place on McKinley and this was down the hill on r way back into town. We had eaten here years ago when it was different. So we were ready and hungry for breakfast. I had decided to have oatmeal with toast and two eggs. Figured that would be enuf. Sam's has below average food for average prices. That being said, they're very nice there and the portions are big. I usually end up with 2 meals worth of food if I order the fried rice

Very nice small diner offering breakfast (open until 10:30am), teriyaki, sandwiches, and burgers. Sam's is family owned, with very prompt and friendly service. They offer both dine-in and take-out.
