Ordered a shake. With caramel.Worker pumped the caramel container once. Shake barely had any caramel in it.Thought maybe it was because I refused to give them a tip when I first ordered. I do not give tips at places where the digital machine asks me for one before I experience the service or food.I do not think it is respectful to the customer. And I think it is a way to scam money from customers and guilt trip them.Friend I was with said he was afraid businesses would spit in his food if he did not give them an initial tip upfront.How sad.Btw, after consumption, shake felt like a bowling ball in my stomach. It must have been loaded with sugar.This happened maybe a year ago. I hope the owner reads this review.Note: No military discount.

We came from olympia to try this place out. Online it says closes at 8 and we get here a little after 6. They have a ghetto sign taped that writes "closed early at 6". On top of that workers see us outside and totally ignore us. Disappointed.

The food is alright, the service is ok, staff members are not very friendly. The staff will demand the delivery driver to cancel the order when it is their own fault they didn't see the order coming! FYI, the delivery driver is not your employee.

Good selection of shakes, and the shoestring fries are perfect to dip in the shakes. The burgers are tasty. Expect to pay a little more than your average.Edit: unfortunately over the last 2 years service has become complete trash. Went yesterday and had a really bad experience.

I was very unimpressed TODAY 4/1/2024. My children and I have been in multiple times last summer however the service and quality has gone down terribly. I ordered my 3 kids a cheese burger kids meal. All of the food was dry and cold. Not even sure where the meat was because the “smash burger” was see thru and felt like a hard rubber consistency with hardened cheese. I confronted the young man behind the counter and even picked the hard meat up and showed him. He said well it’s a smash burger. Then I yelled over to the manager since he didn’t or she didn’t noticed we were happy, she came over and asked me what I ordered. I told her all kids meals and she said well that’s why…. Okay so you serve hard cold burgers to the kids?? I’m a little disgusted and tbh slightly worried about the food being served here. Also, the manager gave a very cold shoulder when I told her about the quality of the food she grabbed the bag with nothing else said.Once my family and I got up to leave I walked up to the owner/manager. (She wouldn’t tell me which one she was) and confronted her on the quality of food. She stared at me as if she couldn’t even speak and rudely said “OK”, she never apologized didn’t offer a refund or nothing. I told her we’ve been eating here for years and the quality today was uncalled for. I most likely will not return to this establishment again.

Order the spicy chicken sandwich and tots for myself and a buddy. After that and the ridiculous suace charges, it was like 40 something dollars. Just to end up with alright food AND MISSING SAUCES. If you're going to charge almost a dollar for some small cup of sauce, at least make sure the stuff is in there, right? Just an idea. Now, all that said, one positive, it was my first time having curry ketchup, and my God was that literally perfection. But seriously, the sauces guys. Yall charge way too much not to quadruple check that it's all in there. ??♂️

Loved the theme and style! The double classic burger is a solid burger but isn't award winning. The strawberry shortcake milkshake was marvelous in both presentation and flavor. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because it's easy to see that the restaurant has seen better days. Though it was generally clean, worn furniture and faded deco weren't very appealing. A renovation, while keeping the styling, must be a priority.
Everyone was pleasant. Sat next to chair that had sign " it's wet" but had a dirty grubby towel on it. Unsanitary.The hamburger waS ok. Had post chew ground (like tendons or soft bone?,not sure)!Difficult to o wash down with water.

Wow this burger is what I needed in my life today. So big I almost couldn't finish it, paired up nicely with their fantastic onion rings and a Nutella shake. My wife had a stadium burger and an almond roca shake, both of these were wonderful too. Also I totally dug the vibe. The owner said they found many of the decorations at a bowling alley, but it sure didn't feel like it, it just had that classic diner feel, I can't wait to make my move to the area and eat here regularly.

My husband and I were in the area and I really wanted to try this place out. The interior is retro but looked great! You order your food at the counter then can go find a seat. The employees we had encounters with were super nice! I liked that they had an updated payment system so you can pay with even your phone.I ordered a single classic with cheese plain and a basket sized fries. My husband ordered a jumbo smitty and a small order of tator tots. The portion sizes for the sides were a lot so that was nice. My burger was a bit flat and the bun tasted like flour but otherwise it was fine.
