Unsanitary. I recently went here and got a couple tacos, to my surprise I found about 5 hairs on all of my tacos. I HAD TO PULL 5 hairs out of my mouth. I find it hard to believe that this was an accident.

I dialed right now to place an order and a man answered me. He treated me in a hurry and very rudely without respect. I don't know why he didn't like it and hung up on me. I dialed again to finish my order and they no longer answer me. What kind workers they have working there. This was my favorite restaurant since I was little. But with those workers. No, thanks.

I ordered the Super Chicken Burrito that was stuffed full of chicken, rice, and beans. It also came with sour cream and guacamole. I loved it, but thought I would only eat half as it's almost too much for one meal. However, so so good I could not put it down until I finished! Stephen got the Regular Burrito with carnitas. He felt it was okay but said the pork was too dry. Probably seemed that way since he chose not to have salsa. It also was heavy on the whole beans so that was another factor for him. He prefers refried beans, but didn't see that as an option for mobile orders. I would think if you ate there you could get these two things the way you wanted. I will definitely be back and maybe eat in next time to try something else on the menu. I only gave 4-stars for service because the staff was clearly overwhelmed at dinner with a long wait at the counter. They really need to hire an extra person for the front end. Especially with having a drive thru and counter so busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking spot about 10 'from the front entrance and with a flat surface. Plenty of room to navigate in the restaurant.

Bought 2 burritos. Didn't know you could buy a bad burrito. It was chewy and dry throughout the whole burrito. And nearly flavorless. I ate half of it and tossed it. 33 bucks for 2 burritos. Such a rip off. My friend said the same. Seriously, didn't think burritos could get messed up like this.
