“Been here twice for breakfast now and will absolutely go back! Very good food and I just LOVE the atmosphere -- everything is decorated so perfectly!I would say only go here if you love waffles or are craving them. Most of the menu is waffle-related and I haven't tried the whole menu of course but the non-waffle food items that I did taste were a bit mediocre but everything waffle-related is amazing!!“
“I came late in the evening, the girls were very friendly and smiling, they quickly prepared my order.It was my first time in this establishment and I really liked everything, my tea was excellent and I was very delighted with the waffles, I will definitely come back again“
“BUFFALO MILK is all I’m going to say lol! No, just kidding but you must try the stuff. My girls went back the next day to get another round after I left town! We ordered these three meals and shared them all so we could try as much as possible. The lemon curd and blueberry French toast was not tart and bitter like some of the lemon French toast I’ve had. It was not too thick or hard to cut through. It was perfectly custard and the whipped cream was nice and thick too. The frittata from pics online looked like it might be dry but IT WAS NOT! That mushroom frittata was maybe my favorite thing of all. But that sour cream pancake my gf pretty much adored just as well. They were fluffy but dense if that’s possible and very buttery and delightful. We are already planning our return because I need that buffalo milk coffee in my life.“

“The food is great. First time here, so I tried the crab cakes with carribean salsa. It comes with veggies and rice or potatoes. The salsa was perfect, sweet with the crab cakes. The crab cakes themselves were soft and tender. The whole thing just comes together perfectly! I also tried the pink lemonade, which was good as well, nice and tart! Highly recommend a visit. They got an outside seating area, perfect for those sunny days!“
“nice little boba shop, gets really busy though and it’s small. we waited in front of the register and the employees passed by us multiple times without taking our order or telling us we can order at the kiosk but we ended up ordering from the kiosk. the coconut smoothie was good but even with less ice there was big chunks of ice in it and some boba was not ready and tasted weird“
“I forgot how exactly I came across Botanical Brew, but nonetheless it is a great place to grab a fix of coffee, tea, matcha, or energy drink! My sister and I were in a matcha mood that day, so we each got a different matcha drink that they curated; Rose Colored Glasses (vanilla matcha with strawberries) and Mak Daddy Matcha (coconut milk matcha with coconut cold foam). It is located in the parking lot of Saar's Market Place, which is a pretty big parking lot.“
“We LOVE Pearl Tea. The staff here are beyond sweet, extremely accommodating, and speedy. My wife and I have become regulars and this crew has gone out of their way so many times to make us feel special (most recently on my wife’s birthday). Their shop is cozy, cute, and consistent. As is the case with most bubble tea spots, there are some syrups, high sweetness, and strong flavors, so you’ll need to find what you like. But the boba itself is great (good size, good texture) and I’ve never had any problems with the freshness of the tea. They deserve your business and some love too!“
“Great experience having breakfast with my wife. The service was great. Order was taken promptly and accurately, and we were regularly checked on and serviced. Food was of higher quality than typical of restaurants with multiple locations. And reminds me of restaurant quality of 20 years ago just without linen napkins and set tableware. I recommend this location for a dine in breakfast experience. Love the orange juice. The quality always surprises me.“
“I tell you what I tried Buddys this past weekend and I was blown away.the food tasted so good. I ate the waffle I had with no syrup! ( i always have syrup).and don't get me started on the perfectly fried and seasoned chicken tenders this man knows what he's doing.I'm very picky about food and new places being that I work in the catering industry but I'd give the food and service a 10 out of 10. I'm patiently waiting for buddys dine in to open!“
