Edanadliz European Bakehouse was one of the many vendors at the Water Lantern Festival. The shortbread cookies were my favorite as they weren't too sweet or buttery. The service from the attendant was great she was really kind considering the number of patrons in line. I would definitely purchase treats from Edanadliz again if given the opportunity, especially to try the eclairs!!
