I probably picked the worst day of the year to go to Wingstop--Superbowl Sunday. I tried to order online, but they weren't accepting online orders due to volume. When I arrived, they didn't have bone-in wings and said I'd have to wait 1/2 hour. I didn't want to wait so I took boneless which were barely edible. I finally went to a local business and got some good wings before the game started. Should have started there but wanted to try Wingstop. The store is very basic but well organized. Staff were friendly and service was fast.

Came in at 12 30 1/29/2024, Anthony was able to make everyone feel welcome with his genuine smile and interest in helping you. He has by far the best customer service I've seen in a place that doesn't accept tips, and that includes chic FIL a across the street!Give this man a raise before he finds a place that pays him more!

When we arrived it was no that busy. We ordered and the cashier was pleasant. When we got our food, the wings were cold almost tasted raw. The fried were burnt and the corn was cold in the center. Now I have been aware that this is a common theme at this location which means the workers simply don’t care.

Lady at the front desk was rude, tried to serve the guy who came in after me cause he was a pick up, was more interested in changing the channel on the tv than greeting me and taking my order. Whack.

I try Wingstop once a year or so. Every time my order has been extremely overcooked to qualify as Oh Boy Oberto again. I asked how long they cook the wings. They said 15 minutes. Fact: tiny chicken wings do not take 15 minutes to reach 180 degrees to meet the FDA requirement. Plus, the bone is not required to reach 180 degrees. Tip: Experiment with a shorter cooking time, then take the temperature of the wings. You might also try thawing the wings prior to deep frying for a more tender result. It's nice they have carrots and celery, since they only have to wash and cut those into pieces. The fries look good, but I go for the veges to keep my blood sugar down.
Everything is additional cost when you order an item and the employees don't give you time to decide. The one girl is always "I'll give you a minute" and walk away rather than be there so I can ask a question about something that isn't up there on the menu. Some don't speak English well and can't figure out how to tell me whether something comes with an item. $2.50 for some carrot sticks and no sauce or an option unless you choose earlier...how can you if you assume something does?. It usually does everywhere else. They don't clean the tables regularly and once they had a few tables with customer trays sitting for over 30 minutes when any of the folks back there could clear it in 2 minutes. It seems like there are 5 or 6 people back there but they're all chattering to each other and just barely provide what you pay for. It's a good thing there's no tip option. The food isn't bad but just overly salty...too too salty. It's not something I'd want to try too often.
