First time trying their purple rice yogurt drink and it was good! Definitely tastes exactly like it sounds.... Purple rice and tangy yogurt in a drink! Next time I will definitely try other flavors. The rice seemed weird at first but became addicting... almost like a sticky purple rice dessert you get at a thai restaurant. The only worker which was a nice man was so busy and I felt so bad for him! He had so many orders and was making everything by himself :(
This Yomie's is a stall by the food court of the Westfield Southcenter Mall so does not have the nice ambience the Bellevue location with seating offers. The staff positioned here were also not that inviting. Orders are placed at the kiosk and came out rather quickly.The Red Bean Purple Rice Yogurt ($6.85) with less sugar was packed with purple rice and the red bean was less noticeable. I tried the ube cloud smoothie drink and they put so much ice that it tasted like water and it had no flavor at all! Even the boba pearls tasted like absolutely nothing which made it even more disappointing. I kindly asked for a remake but sadly they didn't help me.
