this company doesn't support the public it only supports the truck driver that have CDL's for the showers when they should support the public even if it is $18.00 per shower... that is okay they lost my business.. and they can't keep up on the shower heads because they keep leaking where they have no presser. and they don't clean very good too and they are high price on thing in that store... they are just being like the company LOVES TRUCK STOP they do the same thing...

Great bathroom break, gas fill up spot with quick bite choices, right off I5. Women's restroom while not huge, was clean, 4 stalls with thick doors, baby changing station, paper towels or forced air dry station. Subway, McDonald's, Cinnabon and lots of gas station snacks and items.

I am a 20 yearPilot/FlyingJ rewards member and I am beyond impressed with the level of helpfulness that your Team associate Kelly was able to deliver. I asked for a Bluetooth adapter which she found for me even tho her super was very short, unprofessional, and rude with me before. I was unable to make the purchase but I will be back as long as the pink haired girl is working there!

So it's really incredible coming in on a Sunday evening. Today being September 4th. I have never been in this parking lot when it wasn't full to the brim and overflowing with so many trucks it was really difficult to find parking I came in today and to my total shock more than half the parking lot is open I asked the cashier what's the cashier what was going on normally Sundays are very packed because everyone is prepping to go out Monday morning. He told me he had no idea either because it had actually been like this for an entire week. At least it gives everybody a chance to give proper attention to the parking lots as well as the inside amenities making the store even cleaner and better prepared than usual.

It's a typical Pilot, which means snacks, souvenirs, restrooms, and supplies for truckers. There's also a Subway in store and they are adjacent to a drive thru McDonalds. The Cinnabons aren't always fresh, but I appreciate having them near home for that cream cheese frosting fix. Gas prices are fair, usually 5cents higher than Costco that is located a few exits away at Trosper, so getting gas at this location doesn't hurt too bad.

I had a job interview at the Tumwater, Washington Pilot location at 3pm on December 17th, 2021. I met with the first manager, who I believe was named Brian, who told me about a few positions they were hiring for, including a maintenance position. I had originally applied for a coffee attendant position, but agreed to work another position, including maintenance. We talked about it some more and I told him about my previous job experience, including 10+ years working in a horse stable. I had a tour and observed another employee work, then they had me go talk with CJ. CJ immediately told me that I would be hired as a cashier. I told him about the conversation I had just had with the other manager about the maintenance position, and he told me that they don't hire women for maintenance positions. I asked him if he knew that was sexist, and walked away to find the original person I had talked to. I told him what happened and he did nothing to resolve the situation, so I left the store. When I got home I called the store and CJ answered, and identified himself as a manager. I asked to speak to another manager, and spoke with Brian again. He told me it was regrettable that he had told me that, and told me that you do employ women. I think it's absolutely disgusting that a company would allow a manager to tell prospective employees that they won't be hired for a specific position because of their gender. It's not just sexist, it's illegal.
This is the worst gas station I have ever Ben to in my life !! First of all the only gas you could pump was regular and if you don't have an extra $151.00 in your account dont go here!! They charged my account $151.00 and declined my card because after the $151 I was 87 in the negitive. That's not the kicker... could take up to 72 hours for them to return my money. We used a Bank of America card first and it never charged it But it was declined because there wasn't the premium gas available. Only charged my visa pay card.And the McDonald's had no problem with my card right before I tried getting gas.

Frankly I'm surprised to see only three stars. I love coming to pilot and flying J stations they have pretty much every amenity you could want and then some in their coffee is great and their prices are good and it's easy to get in and out of and the restrooms are always clean and I just always appreciate this place.

Awesome travel stop. Friendly service. Clean facilities. Showers are a great convenience for someone wanting to freshen up on a long haul. Multiple food selections.

Well this has to be one of the worst pilots on the west coast first of all I went to the bathrooms the bathroom doors slam shut on their own so loud they sound like someone's firing a gun indoors then I went to get a subway sandwich that they have in there and I literally went to a safeway where a guy with one arm made a sandwich faster then the guy working and I wanted my sandwich toasted not scolding hot I bit into the godamn sandwich and felt instant blistering in my mouth
