According to their website their pizza kitchen is open daily until 9pm but really you're lucky if it's open past 7pm. We've consistently been turned away at peak dinner hours because they close the pizza kitchen early. We make regular efforts to go there to spend our money and it's an honest STRUGGLE to give this place our money. We end up going to Farrelli's Pizza over and over. Farrelli's never disappoints! They're happy to take our money in exchange for a great pizza. Don't waste your time at Whole Foods, like we have so many times. ALSO, their bar - the Lumberyard, which used to be awesome, has not been open for YEARS. Since pre-pandemic. ...we're going in to 2023! What is the point of even having a pizza oven and bar that takes up valuable store space? Are you trying to go out of business? If so, please GO so that we can get someone else in that space who will provide better services. They clearly don't want to "satisfy & delight their customers" or "create profits & prosperity" as per their supposed core values.

They did a nice job utilizing the space. I use the shop for quick meetings in the morning with clients and it’s a good atmosphere for it. Phenomenal product as well. I’ll definitely be back. The staff is friendly too

Terrible! They hire people who don't care! Quality has gone downhill! They closed their Mexican food bar!

Fix your times, says open online, but closed in reality

Whole Foods is preaching social distancing at the stores but not practicing. They have lots of order pickers at the stores who in my opinion are not store employees. They in my opinion are independent contractors. They pick orders for deliveries. When you go as a customer, these orders pickers demonstrate aggressive behavior and they are on your face with in inches. This increases existing risk of virus spread. This needs to get addressed as soon as possible by Whole Foods management.

First, I love Whole Foods, but their personal cleanliness during this Covid is just rediculous. They have no fat free milk and the person who helped me this day basically said "this is what we have, sorry" and walked away from me. They have no bread, either on the shelves or in the bakery. They have no cucumbers and their prepacked, precut fruit spoiled after two days in the fridge. I know were in a pandemic, but c'mon, no fat free milk? They have closed their smoothie bar for whatever reason, but Jamba Juice is open so I can't believe they've come up with a good reason for closing. The Covid regulations are supposed to be keeping people safe at the stores during this time. So, why are they wearing their masks below their noses? And, why are they wearing gloves and sanitizing the gloves? I was at customer service asking about the milk when one of their workers came up and sanitized her gloves. I told her that gloves were one task oriented. She said that "she was using equipment that no one else touched and she was picking groceries". And he walked away. She's picking groceries, shes touching groceries that are going to people that are going to pick them up and take them home. But, you don't think you should change your gloves between picking groceries. REally? These stores need to educate their people. I will no longer have my mother order her groceries from them. I'll take her to get them myself.

We've started shopping here because we want to get better quality produce, and it does deliver on that! I will agree with other reviewers on two counts: the hot bar and the customer service. The hot bar food isn't great. It's usually been sitting out too long and is dry. The cashiers are always super nice, but I can't ever find anyone to help me in the store. Multiple times, I have needed help finding a product and had to search high and low for an employee. On more than one occasion, I've had to interrupt two employees who were deep in conversation to ask a question. They literally ignored me as I politely waited for them to notice me, so I finally had to say, "Excuse me, I have a question!" Then I've gotten little to no help and a rude attitude when I finally did get help. Finally, I have been frustrated at how often they're out of pantry staples, like bananas and other items. It seems like they're not setup for the demand on this particular store and need more frequent shipments. (This is from pre-covid)

I love Whole Foods so maybe I'm not the best person to give a review. Parking up on lower and upper level is great. We park on top when sunny and lower level when raining. This is def a nicer newer one and we've met some super rad and nice people working here. We love our Whole Foods!!

I don't get why during these times people in businesses have to act like they Rule the world Because they supply overpriced food and Products in wealthy neighborhoods. I have to travel 30 minutes away from the store to buy specific self care items I know that they carry but after buying A shampoo conditioner bottle I found that they switched the type of bottle to only carrying anti dandruff Mixture that I can't use. So I travel back again a one hour trip in total just to be told that they have a no return policy that was printed on my receipt. No sympathy no apology that it's been inconvenient just that I should have read the receipt which is informing the customer after the fact. And then when I had no choice but to just trash the bottle Leslie at customer service walked away from me. This isn't what people who are under employed and having to make long trips and spend their little money at a time like now need to be experiencing from a store part of a chain owned by the wealthiest man in the world need to be having.

I have never had any problems to speak of. Little ones they have always handled, like with "just give him another pie." Five stars as always.

Thank you for have a full time person cleaning carts to prevent spread and protect me! Store was operated at what seemed normal status and well stocked. I appreciate your taking the additional effort for US!! God Bless!!!

I ordered this bouquet of roses on 02/14/2020 at 10:30 AM for a delivery window of 7:00-9:00 PM (when I would be home from work). I received an email a confirmation of my order and another email confirmation that my order was "complete" waiting for delivery at 3:00 PM. At 6:00 pm, I received a text notifying me that this item has been dropped from my order due to it being "out of stock". My guess is that the store manager was chewed out by some douche-bag and sold the flowers from the brown cardboard bag containing my order. I can only say that I do not recommend scheduling delivery from Whole Foods through Amazon Prime because it is a colossal joke!

Coffee was good but it took a super long time to get my order ( almost 20 mins) and I was the only person ordering. Also, they used regular coffee instead of decaf like asked so I had an allergic reaction to the caffeine.

Unexpectedly the best pizza in town! Like, hands down. The margarita pizza from their wood fire oven is amazing. It's always super clean inside. Love shopping here. Their produce is better than most other grocery stores. Their Prime Deals are great as well!

This store has excellent pizza and a nice bar area for pizza and beer. The prepared foods selection rarely changes which is disappointing. The Asian food is freshly prepared and excellent as are the sandwiches and Mexican food.
