The staff were always wonderful. And the choices were plentiful. Been here twice now and both times were pleasant. Atmosphere was light and fun…suitable for the business. Staff were conversational, welcoming, and very friendly. Quality of ice cream is impressive! This comes highly recommended. Have a late night ice cream run with the family, and enjoy the outdoor dining area with night lights and beautiful neighborhood.

Average ice cream at a ridiculous price. For two scoops (small store bought scoop), it was $9.00. The flavors are muted at best. I couldn't taste any ricotta or honey in the ricotta/honey flavor, and the banana pudding may as well have been eggnog. For the price, I was expecting amazing. What I got was....okay and disappointing. This place is nothing special. Ps - No milkshakesParking: On the street - good luck

I tried to call this business to find out the price of buying an ice cream cake for a birthday. They have a very long recorded message, which you have to listen to. There is no option to talk to a person, or even leave a number to have them call you back. At the end of this long , verbose message, it says, that you should actually just go to website, if you want to order something.So in other words, we aren't going to bother with you. This was my first call to Bliss Ice Cream. I think I won't try that again. Businesses --- you need to still talk to people.

A kind man gave the cashier a $20 bill to pay for me and my friend's ice cream. The cashier asks us if we want to use the $20, of course we say yes and it covers all of our ice cream expect $.30. Apparently, the cash wasn't processing or something and he says "I'll just take the $20 as a tip and you guys pay the $20.30" This showed a lack of character and respect from the cashier. His customer service was not worth a $20 tip. I am upset that the kindness shown by another was taken advantage by the cashier. He was a younger man with a beard and glasses working the late shift. I love bliss but this worker needs to be reevaluated.

This is one of those places that is overhyped, overpriced and not what I expected. Almost $6.00 for a tiny scoop of ice cream that didn't even taste that great. I didn't have any negative post prior to this so this is my first. The $6.00 didn't bother me It's asking that for something ordinary or average and 1/2 the amount of other competitors servings. The 2 stars are for the two nice kids working their.
