Been here a few times now. Most of the time my food is cold. Been giving cold food take out and dine in. Bought tacos recently seemed like they came straight out of the refrigerator.

I went thur the chipotle lane to pick up my food after work . when I pulled up I sat there for 10 mins and nobody helped me I was waving at the employees standing there talking to each other.. they didn’t notice me at all and when they finally gave me my food I drove home which was 30 mins away and they didn’t put my queso in there that’s what I look forward to the most . Very upsetting w the overall experience only at this location ..

I've never dined in but I have gone in to place take out order. The food usually tastes good but isn't what I ordered. The employees are never very helpful, or polite. There's pretty much something wrong with every mobile order I've placed. They forget stuff nearly every time. There was a nice employee there last night when I went in to pick up my order (which was messed up again).
