Came in with my son's basketball team. Everyone was so friendly. Food was tasty. I had ordered a few more pizzas to go, and the lady assumed I don't eat pork (I wear a head covering) so she changed the pizza cutter to a new one to avoid any cross contamination. I didn't even ask. You guys have a new repeat customer from this alone! Thank you

First time having Mod pizza and was disappointed in the quality of the pizza and the garlic bread. Very low quality. Not much flavor including the crust. The garlic bread is the pizza crust LOL. It was not the kind of garlic bread pizza places normally serve. Customer service was lacking. (Referring to the young lady at the front counter). Typical attitude of younger people these days.

The quantity of toppings added to my pizza has begun to diminish and the service is now disappointing. The staff Ive had the misfortune of interacting with seemingly doesn't want to be there and it makes it hard to give my money over to people who treat me like an inconvenience. MOD used to be great, such a shame.

Consistently inconsistent :( Some days my pizza is BOMB, and perfectly cooked and other days I have no toppings and burnt, inedible pizza. There isn't really an in between. If you order online your pizza barely has any toppings vs. ordering in store and watching your pizza being made. $20 for a burnt pizza and a drink hurts my feelings when I throw the pizza in the garbage (':

Food is always yummy. I always get a cauliflower crust and it is so good. (Granted I haven't had regular pizza in about a year) I love how everyone can get exactly what they want (or don't want) on their pizza. The app is easy to navigate and it saves prior orders so you don't have to remember what was on the "best pizza ever" that you came up with last time. ?? service when we went to pick up pizza was not bad, but I would have liked it if the cashier at least said someone to me like, "I'll be right with you". They advertise that you go right in to pick up to-go order. We did that and I didn't mind the wait, I just wish someone/anyone that was working had acknowledged our presence. These were younger "kids"and I know expectations are different, but still. Overall, I did not let that stand in the way of the delicious food that we always get from MOD, it didn't affect my five-star rating-who knows, someone might have been having a bad day. ❤️(Why are you still reading? Go get some food!)Vegetarian options: You make the pizza YOUR wayKid-friendliness: Great for picky eatersWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible restaurant and parking. This Mod is a fantastic part of University Place and one I always love going to. Like other Mod stores the food is always lovely and not too expensive compared to modern pizza prices, especially for the level of customization they allow.The staff here has also always been incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store stays clean and organized. Their outdoor seating is a big plus and gets you a good view of not only the shopping center but also the central courtyard which often hosts events, giving you an ideal place to sit and eat.
