“I had an amazing experience at Willamette Valley Vineyards in Vancouver! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a modern yet cozy vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening out. The staff is absolutely incredible—Linde, Morgan, Jeffery, Logan, Dietrich, Kathy, Reid, Thomas, and Kyle all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience so enjoyable by sharing great pairing suggestions and details about the wines. The wine selection is top-notch, especially the Pinot Noir and Estate Rosé, which were outstanding. The food menu is just as impressive—the small plates and flatbreads pair beautifully with the wine flights. One of my favorite parts was the view—absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for sipping wine. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is a must-visit spot for wine lovers. “I wasn't expecting much from our first glance in; had kind of a dive bar vibe, not the kind of place I'd usually take my fancy Lady. Not *bad*, mind, just not fancy. No table service, order at the bar. 7/10 for ambiance.

Cocktails were *top notch*. I had an Emerald Canopy (punchy, pineapple forward), and my Lady had Pelennor Fields (like a smoked old fashioned, but a bit fruity), and both were excellent. I also had a rum punch, which was also great. 10/10 for drinks.

The food absolutely blew us away. I had the Grocery Burger with fries, and the Lady had Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken. Both were fantastic. We shared the Fried Brussels Sprouts, which may be the best Brussels I've ever had in my life (and I've had a lot). We finished with the Creme Brûlée, which was also great. 10/10 for food.

The space inside is pretty small; fine for a Wednesday, but it might be hectic on a Saturday night. Regardless, The Lady and I were extremely pleased with The Grocery, and we will for sure be back.“

I’ve seen when the owner’s find a shot brewed substandard; they’ve dumped it at their own cost in favor of getting it right. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot. “Great food, loved the omelette and the home style potatoes are AMAZING. Only complaint is that if you're there with a larger party (more than two) and are all paying separately, be prepared to either all have cash, or one or two people cover the check as they only allow two cards ran per table. This should be posted where people can see it BEFORE they order. We ran into this issue while dining in with coworkers. Ordinarily it's not a huge issue- but if you're in travel status and using per diem it can be quite annoying. Otherwise, the restaurant is great.“

“My dad has been wanting to try Krisey's Kitchen for months now and we finally were able to stop by. We placed our order ahead of time which was a good idea and it was ready by the time we got there. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Now for the food. For the price it is a good amount of food. 2-3 people could easily share a single plate of food. The food was delicious. The chicken breast basket came with 3 massive sides, the chicken was moist and had a great flavor. The hushpuppies and okra were also great. The dessert was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your kindness and your amazing food.

“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. “I was visiting Vancouver with my mom and sisters for our birthday and visited the Restaurant and all I have to say is that this was one our favorites experiences of the whole trip and easily the best food we had!

“I looked at the reviews online and pictures of the food, and that’s what made me come to this restaurant. I was not disappointed. I had the corned beef, hash and eggs. My first time out and it was delicious. The eggs were done just as I asked the hashbrowns were tasty and they even had homemade bread for toast. The waitresses are very casual and very friendly and I will definitely be back.“

My better half had the fried chicken, I had the Green Goddess omelet with a side of pork sausage, both meals were prepared perfectly, tasted very nice and served flawlessly. “Visiting friends in Portland, they took us here for Breakfast. Loved the ambiance. After a 30-minute wait (we didn't have a reservation), we were finally seated and waited... and waited... and waited, eventually receiving our order after another 45 minutes. Two of three orders were wrong - I had ordered "The standard" - described as "the standard two eggs* with a choice of bacon or Zenner's sausage served with home fries or field greens and choice of toast". Got it with roasted potatoes. The waiter insisted that's how they would always come - but then served extra fries - and, to make up for the wait, comped us with some of the jummy sweet balls they show in their icon image. I found this nice, but also the only appropriate thing to do to save them from a two-star review. Because the server, whom I found uncharmingly stressed at first, really woke up and sped up his game, I would take the experience and try it again when we visit our friends next time. The place itself is very nice, and the food was tasty - and would under other circumstances qualify for four stars or more (if you have read my other reviews, you may remember that I am rather particular with five stars).“

Great tasting food, fast service, friendly faces, and often you are taking leftovers home because they do not skimp on the amount of food. A good variety of food to choose from and the food has never been brought to me cold when they are busy. I normally go for breakfast, because it's my favorite, but lunch and dinner is good too. “This coffee shop provides good quality coffee at a very reasonable price. The owners and managers are absolute gems and very friendly members of the campus and community. They have always focused on using high quality ingredients and providing extensive training to their employees. They don't put corn syrup flavorings or burnt roasted coffee beans in their coffee like many chain coffee shops do. Just good quality, traditional Italian roasts, high quality flavorings, and other great non-coffee options like organic tea.“
