“We stopped here before a concert and it was popular with others attending. The burger i ask for with no mustard. The put extra and didn't put anything ketchup. Other than that, the food was good. The service was a little over the top, almost fake excited. They were nice though. Would go there again“

“We were a large group, service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and when we had a spill the staff was courteous and respectful. The food was exactly what we ordered, and all of our food allergies were well accommodated. It's marionberry season, and we enjoyed introducing folks new to the area to marionberries.“

“Stopped into Burgerville for a quick meal. I was greeted by an amazing lady named Kelly! Her customer service was amazing. Even brought my food out to me and she also gave me a good recommendation on the chipotle aioli. The cooks definitely know what they were doing. The portions were spot. I got the cowboy sliders with extra crispy onions and extra mayo with a side of regular walflie fries. Crispy,crunchy and just an overall amazing experience. This might be my favorite Burgerville. I will be back!“

“This killer burger is great. Exactly what I’m looking for in customer service and food. The food is amazing. And the customer service is adorable. It’s like a frat started food chain. Here is the conversation I had with the cashier today. Me: “Hi, I’ll have a classic and a PBPB. Both pint size please.” Cashier: “what’s a classic PBPB.” Me: right so I’ll have the classic, and the PBPB. Cashier: “oh okay, and did you want the plate? It comes with fries and a drink” Me: sure, but no drink. Cashier: “oh, but it comes with a drink” Me: “do you just hand me a cup” cashier: “yes,” Me: okay let’s do that.” I proceeded to not take a cup with my food lol. Not a bad place at all just a super funny interaction between two braincells fighting for third place lol. The burgers are good and the people are awesome too“

“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. Thx Crave for our new place!“

“Wonderful food and portion sizes . Kid friendly and the food tastes amazing ! For unlimited fries and a double tavern burger it is only 11$ . Better price than even going
to McDonald’s, Wendy’s or burgerville ! My son had a 6 piece corn dog bites with unlimited fries and a juice . Only $6.49 !! Again this is the same price (even less) than you would pay at a fast food Restraunt . Great service and pleasant atmosphere . Only complaint is every time we go they charge us an entertainment fee of 2$ even tho we never go on the I pad to play games . It just shows up on the bill . I asked them about it and they said it’s because you pressed on the game section but we did not . If not for that we would give a 5 stars ! 😊⭐️“

“Great customer service! I sat outside and had the breakfast burrito with sausage. The first bite engaged my heart Chakra and shot up through my upper Chakra. While continuing to eat i felt it very strongly in my solar plexus, they take alot of pride in thier food. “Usually I Love burgerville, and am very happy that strawberry shakes are available in a non-dairy format.

But tonight I ordered a 1/2 lb Colossal burger with a gluten free bun…. That would be $5.00 more than the 1/4 lb reg colossal.

It was served to me animal-style with the bun still in a bag… and no sauces :(. I was also honestly expecting a single large 1/2 lb patty, not a double patty of 1/4’s…

This is why walking in and talking face to face is better than drive-thru…

I was hungry so I didn’t go back in for the sauces and just made up the burger…. but $5 extra for an un-made burger just seemed crazy.“

She said she was the waitress and was making drinks and would be with us shortly. After waiting 5-7 more minutes she came over to our table and said (straight away) that I had not waited "that long". Of course this was rude and I said, "we were done and leaving". I just tried to call (5 hours later) to speak to a manager and was told, "they are in and out and would call me back". I think I am seeing the issue....I will never go back. It was the worst experience I could ever imagine.“
