“This killer burger is great. Exactly what I’m looking for in customer service and food. The food is amazing. And the customer service is adorable. It’s like a frat started food chain. Here is the conversation I had with the cashier today. Me: “Hi, I’ll have a classic and a PBPB. Both pint size please.” Cashier: “what’s a classic PBPB.” Me: right so I’ll have the classic, and the PBPB. Cashier: “oh okay, and did you want the plate? It comes with fries and a drink” Me: sure, but no drink. Cashier: “oh, but it comes with a drink” Me: “do you just hand me a cup” cashier: “yes,” Me: okay let’s do that.” I proceeded to not take a cup with my food lol. Not a bad place at all just a super funny interaction between two braincells fighting for third place lol. The burgers are good and the people are awesome too“

to McDonald’s, Wendy’s or burgerville ! My son had a 6 piece corn dog bites with unlimited fries and a juice . Only $6.49 !! Again this is the same price (even less) than you would pay at a fast food Restraunt . Great service and pleasant atmosphere . Only complaint is every time we go they charge us an entertainment fee of 2$ even tho we never go on the I pad to play games . It just shows up on the bill . I asked them about it and they said it’s because you pressed on the game section but we did not . If not for that we would give a 5 stars ! 😊⭐️“

“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. “Ricky the manager hooked it up! We had ordered on the mobile app and when we got there two of our items were unavailable. He was very professional, apologetic, and made up for it happily! They were really busy and we didn't have to wait very long for the corrections! Very impressed, he runs the store very well. Seeing how busy they were, everyone was happy and working well and cohesive with each other! That's a great manager, he was running food out to the parking lot and was there in the trenches with his people. Very impressive display of a well running kitchen!!“

“Great experience at Gher, and Id get nothing less from Burgerville. Its crazy to me people have negative comments about Burgerville ever. Its usually that its overhyped. Im here to say, No. Its truly not. The quality is always good and if you dont want to spend the money or youre not interested in the new or seasonal items theres always a couple trusty classic cheeseburgers with extra Burgerville spread and the best shakes!! They put effort into the details(no seriously- taste, texture, presentation, local sourcing, etc) AND its fast food? Burgerville does not have to go this hard, and they do! I see you Burgerville!!! “We decided on this place to celebrate my birthday. We were greeted at the door by an extremely friendly server who immediately took us to our table. He was attentive and knowledgeable, and so friendly and wonderful.
The food was fantastic. We had corned beef hash, and a mushroom omelette and dessert was fantastic. I took home a lemon pie and several biscuits that were all homemade. Just a wonderful experience and a fantastic atmosphere.“

“Food is good but WAY overpriced. Fast food staff expects tips even before you try your food (drive thru). It's too bad as this was a wonderful establishment. Not sure George Propstra (I went to his retirement party) would approve of the direction it went staff wise.“

“Clean, friendly staff. Fish n Chips tasty. Clean bathrooms and tables. I did have to wipe down a sticky booster seat. Fish crunchy coating better than Red Robin. Toddler ate it all. Staff split one milkshake in two for us. Whipped cream on top pumpkin shakes yum!“

“Stopped by our neighborhood Applebee’s the other night because we couldn’t think of anywhere else to go. We seated ourselves immediately upon arrival in the bar, which was great because we showed up during happy hour. There was a bit of a delay before anyone came over to greet us or take our food/drink order. After being seated for a bit, one of the female bartenders came by and brought us waters and then another server took over because their shift started. Once service picked up, the experience was much better. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the happy hour specials were an especially great value for both food and drinks. However, 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered was barely warm when we received it, as if it was done and had been sitting there awhile before it was brought out to our table. Elliot was an excellent server—very friendly, patient, and professional. He made sure to check in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive and was happy to answer questions and make suggestions. His attentive service definitely stood out and made the visit more enjoyable. Overall, a solid experience with good food, great happy hour deals, and standout service once things got rolling. With slightly quicker initial service and fresher/hotter appetizers, this would easily be a five-star spot.“

“Went there this morning, the place was nearly empty, and after 10 minutes of waiting went to the bar and asked the bartender if any wait staff was working. She said she was the waitress and was making drinks and would be with us shortly. After waiting 5-7 more minutes she came over to our table and said (straight away) that I had not waited "that long". Of course this was rude and I said, "we were done and leaving". I just tried to call (5 hours later) to speak to a manager and was told, "they are in and out and would call me back". I think I am seeing the issue....I will never go back. It was the worst experience I could ever imagine.“

“By far the best Applebees location I have ever been to. We are regulars here and have never had a bad experience. Primarily the service is what sets it apart. Some Applebees have painfully slow service, never here. All of the waiters/waitresses are great. Food also very consistent and quick. Best Applebees location in the area by far.“

“Pretty decent food and a nice view of the water. We ordered the Big Island Nachos ( a big hit!!), the Captain Neon blue cheese burger and the St. Pepper Chicken Sandwich ( half order). All were very tasty and hit the spot. The steak fries were unusually thin but, surprisingly, quite good. We truffle aioli sauce to dip them in was AMAZING but the Ranch Dressing was pretty tame with not much taste. Didn't have room for dessert but they all looked yummy.“

“NOTE TO STORE OWNER - This Zach guy is a tank. If he isn't a manager, make him one. If he's already a manager, give him your job as store owner or district manager.

He was running this place by himself (we must have come in at shift change and/or break time) and absolutely crushed every part of customer service, grill, and execution of an amazing product.

His personality was fantastic, the food he made us was fantastic, and the speed in which he handled our orders (3x of them) was fantastic.

I will be back to your location specifically because of him and the quality he brings to the table.

“In addition to the excellent quality of the hamburgers and, my personal favorite, chocolate Frostys, I must commend the beautiful landscaping. The flowering trees, the almost topiary like quality to shrub pruning, the park like lawn, etc, all made my wait time actually enjoyable! I hope you can share with your landscaping company, as I am not one who routinely writes reviews of this nature. “While working a car wash, we stopped for lunch , spreading it out so we could keep the cars going. And it was hectic when we went for lunch, but the service was fast and the food good and there were very few mix ups. Thank you Wendy’s and thank you for letting us use your water and parking places to make this successful for Alzheimer’s.“
