Good good, nice staff. But horribly slow. Always a million cars at the window and sometimes more than 5 minute wait times per car. If it wasn't for that, I would give 5 stars.

Called each DQ in the area looking for a cake. This location had it so I went to pick it up after work, all I wanted was it to say Happy Birthday and the staff refused to even try, telling me it would “look bad”. Then don’t offer it as a service. Its rude. I spent almost $40 dollars on the damn thing the least you can do is put happy bday. Its not that complicated.

The ice cream is always tasty.!!Last night however, I encountered an entitled young man. Cars were coming in through both entrances, and were nicely merging every other car in the drive-thru.After I let the truck to my left in the line, the car to my left who was behind that truck was 'not' having it when I pulled up next in line.First he honked me, and then he decided to leave his car to yell at me?!I rolled my window down to hear him call me an, "ugly, fat hag who needed her ice cream first.!!"Seriously.?!?!I suggested he pay attention, and learn to be more courteous by merging and/or yielding like everyone else.He continued to scream profanities at me though I had already rolled up my window back up, and this time, it was 'my' turn of not having any more of that.!!

The food was fine but every time I come here the staff are so unprofessional and are rude to at least one person if not each other. Last time I went in a manager, Stacey, was yelling at people, both customers and staff alike and the entire environment was just uncomfortable and hostile.

Ordered Chicken strip basket and the pretzel sticks. Pretzel stick were ice cold, fries were literally slimy and cold. Only decent thing was the chicken itself.
The staff were very pleasant and had great personalities. The restaurant was very clean. The hit fudge sundae was delicious, and the butter finger blizzard was tasty. I was really happy they were open on New Years Day.Parking: Very easy to find. Next to Fred Meyers off Mill Plain Blvd.Kid-friendliness: Kid meals and smaller ice cream cones and drinks for children. Seating was suitable for children with lots of room.
Recommended dishes: Hot Fudge, Fries, Burger
