“If I could give service more stars I would! Our server was Jamie and he was absolutely amazing and accommodating to our every need! He was the only server at least that’s what it looked like and he ran his butt off. Service was excellent, food was good, I never had to ask for a refill he automatically filled it up and gave us fresh condiments to take with our left overs, he never wrote anything down and got everything perfect and fast. I can’t say enough good things about him. Whenever I come back which I definitely will I’m requesting Jamie as my server.Kid-friendliness: Jamie was great with my son, patient, and made my son feel important and listened to. Usually my son is shy and won’t talk, but Jamie made him feel comfortable and he ordered his own food and drinks. I’m extremely impressed with how patient Jamie was with him.“

I ordered the chicken penne pasta - tasted great and husband ordered sirloin steak which was not a quality piece of meat although it was cooked correctly, sent it back and replaced it with fish and chips which were just ok. Usually have good experiences.“
“There was a chain supply issue after the ice storm in Vancouver and some things were not available. However, the head waitress readily explained what was available and what could have been a disappointing experience was avoided. She made my day. Wish I could remember her “
“Had the seared salmon , baked potato and rice pilaf...coffee with my favorite creamers , French vanilla ?...got 2 slices of pie ( to go ) , sugar free apple and strawberry rhubarb...never bad dishes , always great service...and still the most ( and the BEST selections ) varieties of pie , “
“Everything it has a cozy feeling. I love the decor. Also our waiter was very nice and friendly. I don’t live in Portland, but when I visit again I will definitely come back. My dinner was delicious. My daughter who lives in Portland suggested this restaurant.“
“Phenomenal customer service. Our family arrived tired and hungry after a long flight. Sue greeted us with pure joy. The food was incredibly fresh and very reasonably priced. Sue checked in to make sure everything was good and she gave us wonderful ideas for sightseeing. Great food and experience!“

“Best breakfast at PDX so far. Highly recommend this as your stop for breakfast if you're in C terminal. Staff was friendly and enjoying jamming out to music and danced as they worked. Love it! This crew clearly enjoys working together and have an infectious joy about them. Sandwich was freshly made. Cheese was perfect gooey (so much so more melted out onto my wrapper than made it into my mouth), generous bacon, perfectly crisped bagel and eggs tasted homemade and not powder eggs.“
“Loved the atmosphere and I was especially impressed with the host and their service.Came in at around 6pm on a Tuesday for the first time, I had a smoked honey ham (I think) with 2 eggs, toast, hash browns, and three pancakes. Generous portions with a very comfortable/nostalgic taste. It wasn’t, incredible, but still was delicious.I was unable to grab the host’s name to highlight in my review, but he was charismatic, kind, and very attentive. I was very impressed by their service and was glad I came in today on a whim to try out the spot! Definitely recommend you check this place out!Sorry I didn’t take any pictures, I was more hyped about stuffing my face.“
“Great place to stop in for lunch, on Mondays and Tuesdays it is open to the public! 5 star quality at a price that won't break the bank! Low key dining, comfortable and quaint. Occasionally you can be lucky enough to hear stories from people who have been all over the world. Bonus of helping people, as they support many charities. Highly recommend.“
