"Los Pepe's at the Mall" is a long-winded way of hiding the fact that this is a really great restaurant selling American-ized "Mexican" food. But you don't want to know that. You would prefer to know about the Ausie "Staike" place around the corner. You should just go there instead. It's really too busy for you at this restaurant.(Did I mention the food is really good here? Don't tell your friends. We won't be able to get in.)

The servers here are amazing! They are so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend for the atmosphere alone. The margarita flight was 10/10. Also the food was good.

Do not eat here...found a huge CHICKEN BONE, when I tried to explain the problem to a waitress who had English speaking challenge issues said " It didn't come from our cooks , they check all the shredded chicken" okay well I'm never coming to yourrestaurant again.

We went here to celebrate 3 of my family member’s March birthdays that were last week before watching Dune part 2. It took 10mins after our menus were down and we were looking to flag down a waiter/waitress to order on a non-busy Monday night to even have our order taken then a long time until food came out & no chips/salsa refilled! We were 1 of only 2 tables in the whole restaurant around 7pm so it’s not like it was busy. My brother & I both had a coupon each from school fundraiser payback books that clearly say per person (1 was for $8 off & another for $5 off) we split the bill in half for our table of 7 & they refused to honor the 1 coupon per bill. Like they made a big deal about $13 of a large bill. Ugh! My oldest brother’s food was so overcooked his chicken was as dry as jerky! Not kidding! My chicken tortilla soup had no flavor & everyone’s food lacked salt. The birria that 2 brothers & my nephew were excited about was sub par & we were all disappointed with the overall taste of our food. The restaurant is very clean & the new waitress was very kind but couldn’t seem to have any help from her coworkers to make anything right. The bartender was so slow that my 1 drink didn’t come out until after our food & I asked about it a few times. They were out of horchata that my siblings wanted. I thought someone would have offered a song or dessert for the 3 birthdays we were there to celebrate but nothing at all after I told our waitress. Literally didn’t even wish them a happy birthday or smile at us. We will not be coming back again. We might have had better customer service at Taco Bell…

the sweetest lady gave me 3 garlic bread and beet soup when I ordered just 1 bread for a snack. Been here often. Small portions snacks my fav.

Genuinely surprised by the food here! The fajita burrito was VERY good!. Only downside are the prices. This place is a little on the expensive side at about $17-$30 a plate but the portion sizes are very large! Don't let that steer you away though! This place is very good!
