Cute restaurant...yummy yogurt and flavors but I was shocked at the $25 price for my daughters full cup and my half cup of yogurt! Then the cashier is like "one more question up here" I look at the register and she's asking for a tip! Tip for WHAT exactly? I dished up my yogurt...I walked it over to the register...and I'm paying for what I have. What am I tipping her for? Showing up for work? That's called a paycheck. I'm over this place. I gave her a tip because I figured she's young and I'm sure they aren't that busy right now...but that tip and crazy cost for yogurt cost them a customer.

Employees were super friendly! This yogurt is bitter and tastes like chemicals or soap or something. It’s the nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted. My fiancé got different flavors from me and agreed they were all bad. We got two bites in and had to throw it away. Kind of concerned people are consuming this….

We have been Menchies regulars for YEARS.But the price has become astronomical to get fro yo here. I literally paid $27 for me and 2 kids to get fro yo. That's even more than Salt and Straw, which is top of the line quality ice cream which I don't even have to serve myself.Always friendly and amazing staff but the price is ridiculous now so we won't be back for the time being. Also I am a huge proponent of tipping, but to have the tip screen come up now at a SELF SERVE yogurt place is kind of insulting.

Hands down my favorite frozen yogurt place. Tbh my favorite even against ice cream places. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of good ice cream places around but I feel like I get exactly what I want when I go here. Being self serve I can get as much or as little of anything there as I like.

So many options. Great seating. Nice staff and clean. Parking is in a lot so there is plenty of parking . Be careful filling those cups. It adds up really quickly but it's worth it. Pineapple and the coconut flavors are the best and all of the topics are phenomenal! We love it here.

Love this brand since my first visit many many years ago back in Seattle. Today, I got my birthday gift ?$5usd? for my today's mix. One thing I loved about this store is that they have open bar for toppings, not previously packed in cups like other places, so I can put inside my cup the exact amount of topping I want for each one of them. Place was clean and organized, great service, lots of variety in toppings, fruits and sweet sauces. They also have cakes there. Thanks Menchie's. Will come back! ?
